The Legend

On November 24, 1971, a man calling himself Dan Cooper hijacked Northwest Orient Flight 305, demanded $200,000 and four parachutes, then jumped out of the plane over the Pacific Northwest and vanished into thin air. He was never found. The money was never recovered. The case remains unsolved.
